Things to do!
 

RELAX ON THE VERANDA: Grab a seat, put your feet up and relax. No rush hour, or ten lane superhighway noise. Plenty of owls, Turkey, and the roar of the river. Yet 45 minutes away, and your in St Louis!

EXPERIENCE THE PARANORMAL:: During the day, or at night. Don't be surprised when something happens. We don't have to wait till dark, the spirits will come out regardless day or night! We'll let you use our gear, and or bring your own! But you have to be patient, keep in mind you are a stranger in their house-give them a chance to trust you. Sitting silently saying nothing, will do nothing but waste your time!!! Tell them about yourself, it will work if your patient.

FISHING, SWIMMING THE BIG RIVER: The river access is on the south side of our property. The fishing in considered to be excellent. It's a 2 minute walk, to the waters edge.

BILLIARDS: In the basement is a 60 year old Pool Table, that is ready to shoot.

Museum of Transportation

Transportation Museum

The National Museum of Transportation is a private, 42-acre transportation museum in the Kirkwood suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. Founded in 1944, it restores, preserves, and displays a wide variety of vehicles spanning 15 decades of American history: cars, boats, aircraft, and in particular, locomotives and railroad equipment from around the United States. The museum is also home to a research library of transportation-related memorabilia and documents.

BOTANICAL GARDEN: This is the oldest Botanical Garden in America. It's truly amazing, they have a rain forest in a glass geodesic dome. As well as a desert. It's not a place you can see in an hour, allow yourself more time.

SOULARD FARMERS MARKET: Oldest farmers market west of the Mississippi. Check out the massive selection of spices, the miniature donuts, or the straight off the farmers truck variety of stuff! Go early! You'll see things for sale that people eat, that will surprise you...this place is so unique we go almost every Saturday morning. Open on Friday, and Saturdays!!

BUDWEISER BREWERY: The tour is very interesting, and at the end you are offered free beer.

ST LOUIS ZOO: Free, world class zoo. New Polar bear exhibit, and every critter you can think of. Loads of fun.

ST LOUIS ART MUSEUM: Free, and literally so big you can get lost in it!!! The mummy exhibit is always interesting. They have a nice café, and lot's of choices.
