  • When the hotel was first opened, upon entry the k2’s were set on the display case they were going off and on constantly. Something was in the room.

  • As I was giving history of hotel I felt like someone lifted the back of my necklace and let it drop back down.

  • As we moved through the hotel on the tour we felt the cobweb sensation even thought when we looked we couldn’t find any cobwebs.

  • While we were standing in the prostitutes room Alexis felt like her thigh was very cold, she had on shorts and it only lasted in that room.

  • We had some activity in the dining room with the dosing rods. The dowsing rods were moving but not as much as normal and not to answer questions. I had Alexis and Ryan walk through the hotel alone to see if they could get any responses on the k2’s or anything. They walked around but didn’t get anything on the first, second or attic floors. Then I sent them to the basement. They stopped at the bottom of the steps in the fireplace room, they heard footsteps and the chain rattle in the slave room.

  • As they came back to the first floor Ryan felt cold on his ankles like someone touched them or cold air passed by them. I told them let’s go down and see if we can talk to whoever moved the chain. We took a flashlight and laid it on the shackle block, as we talked about the hotel and the slaves that lived there the flashlight started coming on then going off. It wouldn’t respond to my direct questions but seemed to come on when the conversation we were having could have had a response that the spirit agreed with

Attic – We did receive responses to questions using K2 meters & dowsing rods for about 30 minutes.

Top of the staircase on the 2nd floor – 55 minutes into the tour one woman felt touched on her arm while taking a picture. It was if someone was trying to gain her attention.

Cistern – K2 hits while shuffling cards, when whiskey and dancing girls were talked about. Also one guest sang some verses from an old song “Drunkard in the Town”, the K2’s lit up while she was singing. The quests had recorded and played old fashioned piano music which the K2 meters responded to. Dowsing rods responded to question “did you drink whiskey here?”

2nd Floor – all guests were on the 1st floor, dining room and hallway area when 4 footsteps were heard from upstairs.

1st floor Room #4 – responses to questions using K2 meters & dowsing rods.

1st floor end of hall – K2 meter lighting to red and holding.

1st floor room #3 – cold rush of air and chill felt by man standing in the room just inside the doorway, I was to his left and also felt the cold rush of air in front of me, the K2 meter was flashing up to red while pointed at the chair in front of us

so we set the K2 meter on the chair and it held at red. It was like someone/thing walked through the doorway, in between us and sat in the chair that was in the middle of the room. Windows were checked for any air leaks and none were found.

Attic: Lots of activity. All of the k2’s were lighting up, flashlight came on, ball moved slightly. On the far end of the attic it sounded like a door slammed but no one was moving. In the small room at the end of the attic the k2 was lighting and the dowsing rods were responding to questions.

2nd floor bay window room: One group spent most of their time in this room, had responses to questions on k2’s, flashlights and dowsing rods. Felt that they were communicating with a soldier who had died of an illness in the hotel. During the discussion they heard the windows rattle, at first they thought it was the wind. It didn’t happen again until they said, if that was you can you rattle the windows and it happened.

Dinning room: showing some of the group how to use the dosing rods, they kept pointing to one guy, gave him the rods and they kept pointing at him and responding to him.

Fireplace room: flashlight came on while sitting on fireplace.

Slave room: flashlight came on and the dowsing rods were responding to questions.
