Women are fearless, men not so much.

Monday morning, as we entered and turned off the Alarms you could clearly hear footsteps coming down the 2nd floor hallway toward us from the North end.

I'm use to it, so I kept my mouth shut, unfortunately the new hire heard it and of course slightly freaked out. I get the reaction, what I don't get is the fear that follows?

Guys always act tough, but I have been on this preservation project for 11 years. Men are not even close, when it come to bravery....Women are fearless, men not so much.

Big surprise, guess who is home sick!
