Woke up and heard a man and woman talking.

Moments later heard a child laughing.

The only thing I've had happen today is I heard little kids feet running around, and there was an old woman in a white dress that walked out of where the ac is on the first floor parallel to the stairs as I was coming down the stairs when I got half way down she disappeared. Saw a cowboy in a trench coat

 My mom came over to cook dinner last night and I was standing in the kitchen talking to her and I looked over at the stairs and he was standing on the stairs. I just saw the long black coat and torso I couldn't see his head
