Voice and footsteps caught inside the Morse Mill Hotel when no one was there!

I was at the hotel on Saturday doing some clean up and I went to lunch and decided to leave my camera rolling while I was gone. At the beginning of the video you hear me walk out and lock the door. Just a few minutes later you hear knocking, and footsteps. Around the ten minute mark in the video you hear a voice go "shh" after this the knocking and footsteps continue. When I came back my camera was off and it said that it overheated and the battery was almost dead. When I watched the video you can hear footsteps walk up to my camera right before it shuts off. Let me know if you think a spirit turned my camera off or if it really overheated!
