Owners son walks thru the building, in the care of the guide and her Doberman.

6 year old. Walked through with guide 3pm yesterday. We make sure he knows, and doesn't fear the building.

So "Louis" says as they walked through the building he could hear little footsteps following them.

Then he heard scratching along the wall like fingernails.

Funny thing, he considers it normal for the Hotel so he didn't tell her....but instead told his dad 2 days later over breakfast, that's my boy!

He wants to know when he can do it at night, dad says when your seven.

He has grown up, with this building. He will protect it, when I'm gone!!!
