After a night alone in the Bay Window suite, within 24 hrs.. Of his departure the next morning, he has rented the entire building, and intends to go it alone on the next full-moon.

Last week a clean cut computer type from Seattle stayed overnight.

It is a new hobby, or interest for him. As far as we could tell he had no fear!
